Your order will be processed within 5 business days after payment. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

To cancel any order, write an email to info@angelhernandez.art within first 24 hours after payment. If you request the cancellation within this time you will obtain a full refund, once that time has elapsed, the Return Policy will apply.

Depending on the shipping area, additional fees may apply for import taxes or other considerations. These additional charges will be assumed in any case by the recipient of the shipped item (or items).

FOR EUROPEAN UNION RESIDENTS: The application of VAT is subject to the Reverse Charge scheme. The client is responsible for assuming the local payment of VAT once the invoice is received, according to the local rules, personal tax situation and deadlines established by local regulations.

SHIPPING TYPES

Shipping services used for Art Prints and Art Books:

  • Ordinary Mail (Limited Tracking): It is a type of priority mail with a limited tracking number that allows you to know when the package has arrived at the International Postal Exchange Center before being sent to the delivery country.
  • Registered Mail (Full Tracking): It is a type of certified mail that allows the package to be tracked all the way to the delivery address and generally requires a signature on delivery.

Shipping services used for Original Artworks:

  • Express Mail: It is a parcel service offered by companies such as DHL or UPS that allows delivery in the shortest time possible with complete tracking and generally requires a signature on delivery.

Exact shipping costs can be calculated before completing an order by filling the address details on the “Cart” page or “Checkout” page.

DELIVERY TIMES

These are estimated delivery times excluding Weekends and Holidays:

Express Mail (For Original Artworks):

  • Worlwide: 3 – 10 days.

Ordinary Mail / Registered Mail (For Art Prints, Art Books):

  • Europe, United Kingdom: 3 – 10 days.
  • Africa, Asia, North America, South America: 3 – 20 days.
  • Oceania and Rest of the world: 3 – 30 days.

TRACKING SHIPPING INFORMATION

After the shipment has been processed, you will receive by email the information with the tracking number. Signature on delivery could be required in some cases.

ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY

You could receive more than one shipment if your order includes items that are not compatible with the packaging type, dimensions or category, for example: an Fine Art Print in a tube and an Original Artwork in an envelope will be sent separately. A tracking number will be generated for every individual package. However, please note that delivery times may vary for every individual package and could be delivered on different dates.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment exceeds the estimated delivery times, write me an email to info@angelhernandez.art to contact the parcel service as soon as possible and find a solution. Sometimes packages may take time to be delivered for reasons beyond control, but I will be available to offer the necessary help in those scenarios.

WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION

If the shipment is made to an erroneous or incomplete address written by you during the payment and the package is returned, you must pay any expenses that this could generate. I am not responsible for errors in addresses received to process shipments.

To avoid any damage during transport, items will be packed in carboard envelopes (for Art Prints and Art Books); carboard envelopes, semi-rigid covers and bubble films (for Original Artworks); or in rigid tubes (for Fine Art Prints).

All purchases are final. Before completing the payment, be sure to review the descriptions that accompany every item to avoid receiving something you don’t fully agree with. If you have any doubt, write me an email to info@angelhernandez.art before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective or damaged item (or items), you have the right to request a return process and decide whether to receive a total refund (ex. shipping costs) or a replacement. It is important to do the report the same day you receive and open the package, sending an email with photos/videos to info@angelhernandez.art to start the replacement or refund process.

Textures, colors and other components of the originals artworks may vary from the images displayed on this site due to spatial or natural light that can change the perception of colors. All the art pieces displayed in this site are original artworks scanned at high resolution with an almost identical match between the physical and the digital version. Imperfections in some pieces are part of the creative process and assemble a narrative result of imperfect beauty. Original artworks are signed with date and signature on the back. 

The reproduction of the drawings, illustrations and paintings as Art Prints, Fine Art Prints or included in Art Books have been made with the greatest possible precision to preserve the original colors, textures and characteristics of the artworks. However, some original details could change or may not be visible due to the size adjustment for some formats.

The image rights of every artwork created by the artist Ángel Hernández and displayed in this site (Art Prints, Fine Art Prints, Art Books, Original Artworks) FOR SALE or NOT FOR SALE, remains with artist Ángel Hernández and for any use, copy, reproduction or modification, an authorization from the author is necessary.
