PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

To cancel an order, please email info@angelhernandez.art within 2 hours of purchase to receive a full refund. Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping Policy

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & ART POSTERS

FINE ART PRINTS & OTHER PRODUCTS

  • FREE Worldwide Shipping on orders over 90€

  • Otherwise, rates by location:

Italy: €6 (2-3 days)
Europe (EU): €9 (3-5 days)
UK & Europe (Non-EU): €12 (5-10 days)
America, Africa, Asia: €16 (10-15 days)
USA: €20 (5-10 days)
Oceania: €18 - €23 (15-20 days)

Delivery times are estimated and exclude weekends and holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey in real-time.

PACKAGING
To ensure your art arrives in pristine condition, items are securely packed using heavy-duty cardboard envelopes, semi-rigid protectors, bubble wrap, or reinforced rigid tubes, depending on the product type.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
To ensure each item arrives in perfect condition, products of different categories (e.g., a book and a large poster) may be shipped separately. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers, and delivery dates may vary.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact me at info@angelhernandez.art. While some delays are beyond my control (customs, local holidays), I will personally coordinate with the courier to find a solution and ensure your art reaches you.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Return & Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please email info@angelhernandez.art within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos/videos of the product and packaging, and specify if you prefer a refund or a replacement.

RETURNS

  • Time Limit: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unaltered condition with adequate protection.
  • Costs: The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

REFUNDS

  • Process: Refunds are issued via the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
  • Terms: Partial refunds may apply if the item shows signs of manipulation or damage.
  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.

REPLACEMENTS

  • Eligibility: Available for all products except Original Artworks.
  • Damages: If an item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
  • Policy: Replacements are for the same item only; no exchanges for different products.
Prices - Additional Costs

All listed prices are final. However, please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment Methods

During Checkout you can complete your payment using Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Invoicing

If you need a complete invoice of your order, please write to info@angelhernandez.art. Include in the email: Name, Surname, Address, City, Postal Code, Country, and your Tax Number / VAT Number (if necessary).

Perception
All original pieces are captured in high resolution to ensure an almost identical match between the physical work and its digital representation. However, please consider that textures and tones may shift subtly depending on the ambient or natural light of your space.

Creative Process & Character
Any natural imperfections found in the pieces are an intentional part of the creative process, contributing to a narrative of "imperfect beauty." These unique details are what distinguish an original work from a mechanical reproduction.

Authentication
To guarantee authenticity, every original artwork is hand-signed and dated on the reverse, and it is accompanied by a certificate.

Fidelity
Every reproduction—whether a Fine Art Print, Art Poster, or other product—is crafted with the utmost precision to faithfully preserve the colors, textures, and essence of the original artwork.

Size & Format Adjustments
Please note that while I strive for absolute accuracy, some original details may vary slightly or be adapted due to the scaling required for specific formats. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
